Rehab Solutions provides a range of assessment services and reports, either desktop or based on a 2-3 hour meeting with the injured person in their home or workplace.

Our Rehabilitation Needs Assessments are typically carried out at the injured person’s home, enabling us to obtain a detailed evaluation of the person’s home life and the impact of the injury on their daily functioning, work capabilities, employment status and plans for returning to work as well as their goals for rehabilitation and possible barriers. Following assessment, we provide a comprehensive report outlining our key findings, the injured person’s further treatment and rehabilitation needs, and recommendations for assisting their recovery and rehabilitation. A concise action plan detailing costings, timescale for actions, those professionals/services involved in the rehabilitation programme and benefits to the injured person, is included in our report.
