Case Management
Rehab Solutions provides both medical and vocational case management services aimed at coordinating a tailored rehabilitation programme and facilitating all aspects of the injured person’s treatment, rehabilitation and transition back to the workplace. Proactivity, professionalism, consultation, cost-effectiveness and open communications with all parties involved in the rehabilitation process, are key elements of the service our case managers provide.
Our medical case managers liaise with treating consultants and therapists, arrange appropriate treatment programmes, and closely monitor the injured person’s recovery whilst identifying ongoing treatment and rehabilitation needs. This may include arranging treatments such as physiotherapy, CBT, gym and exercise programmes, organising home care, domestic support, transport and OT services/aids of daily living.
Our vocational case managers provide a range of vocational support services geared towards assisting the injured person back to either their pre-accident employment or suitable alternative work. We offer a range of practical skills-based support services developed to identify the type of work/training an injured person is capable of post-accident and to actively assist them in the process of getting back to work.
