About Us

Rehab Solutions was set up in 2003 by Clare Martin, a qualified Occupational Psychologist with over 13 years experience in personal injury rehabilitation, assessment and case management. Her specialist areas are employment and vocational rehabilitation, applied to both case management and Expert Witness cases.

Having trained as an Occupational Psychologist with the government’s Department of Employment in the 1980s, Clare went on to work for a number of public, education and private sector employers, gaining additional qualifications in the fields of stress management, ergonomics, counselling and occupational psychology. Employed for 6 years by Crawford & Company loss adjusters as a vocational rehabilitation case manager, Clare spent 2 years heading the company’s Healthcare Division, a leading provider of medical and vocational rehabilitation services to the legal and insurance industries.

Rehab Solutions employs the services of experienced Independent Rehabilitation Case Managers with qualifications and practical expertise in several fields including General and Psychiatric Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Disability Management and Occupational Psychology. Rehab Solutions recognises the value of its case managers working as a ‘team’ to ensure the injured person receives both practical help and support and multidisciplinary input at all stages of their rehabilitation.
